Lightforce products are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship
and materials for a period of one year from the original date
of purchase. If any problems appear—excluding bulbs—within
one year, the purchaser may return the item, freight prepaid

the following in your shipment:

Letter
describing the problem experienced.

Receipt
of purchase.

or money order in the amount of $7.50 to cover return shipping
and handling.

Lightforce
will at its option repair or replace any defective parts
or the entire item at no charge to the purchaser.
This
warranty does not apply to bulbs or products that have been
used for rental or commercial purposes. This warranty does
not cover products that have been modified in any way or products
that have been subject to misuse, accidents or have been damaged
in transit.
Lightforce
USA, Inc. shall in no instance be liable for any incidental
or consequential damage. No charges will be acceptable for
unauthorized parts, repairs or services. Legal warranty rights
will vary from state to state, so that part or all of legal
rights may vary. And you may have other rights.

- Priority
Mail can be added to items over 5 pounds for an additional
fee. Call for pricing.
- UPS
ships Monday through Friday and does not deliver on Saturday
or Sunday. Expedited shipping is available
for
an extra fee. Contact us for pricing.
- We
are not responsible for shipping delays due to adverse weather
conditions.
